All Dumbbell Leg Workout – May 2016
Stiff Leg Dead Lift- 1 set of 20 reps then 4 sets of 10 reps.
Goblet Squat – 1 set of 20 reps then 4 sets of 10 reps.
Split Squat – 1 set of 20 reps then 4 sets of 15 reps each leg.
Backward Lunge – 1 set of 20 reps then 4 sets of 10 reps each leg.
Squat Jump – 1 set of 50 reps.
